Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Absolutely luv the historic area with bathhouse row and the Iconic Arlington Hotel!
Restaurants and shops for anything you would like. The mountains are just beautiful and add in all the fabulous lakes in area and you will find all sorts of activities to do. Just wonderful.
Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

We loved using one of the bath houses.
We loved using one of the bath houses. We also like having a beer at the brewery inside Hot Springs national Park. We ate at Rolandos two times. Both times were excellent. We hiked to the waterfall at Lake Catherine and hiked to the tower inside the park. The old town is nice to stroll and look at shopping. We filled up a container with water from the springs at the free town water station. The bath tub races in June were a lot of fun. Nice area for a long weekend.
If you're coming to Hot Springs for horse racing at Oaklawn Park, this place can't be beat! Directly across the street from Oaklawn track and casino! Just walk across the crosswalk (and there's a light and traffic actually stops!) - no hassle with finding parking or battling traffic - and much cheaper than the Oaklawn Park hotel! This hotel is also a very convenient drive to downtown Hot Springs and all the tourist attractions. Also, the cafeteria style breakfast was fantastic and the serving staff were so friendly!
The views from the hotel were really nice, our window faced the national park. There was a trail head literally 100 ft from our room! The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty loaded down for a free continental and the location was perfect for exploring bath house row and the national park's downtown areas. Super impressed with this affordable little gem, we actually booked a room on our trip back home when we came back through Hot Springs.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. They are very clean. The breakfast provided was plentiful and tasty.. The workers were nice and helpful. I loved the layout of the room. You aren't provided dressers/drawers to store your things but I had no issue keeping everything in my suitcase and staying organized during my weekend stay. I can't wait till I have to travel to Hot Springs again because this will be my go to place.
Kings Inn is a very modest hotel. No breakfast or fancy frills.; however it is very clean, safe & comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It is in a great location. 10 minutes or less to magic springs, casino, go carts/mini golf/ laser tag, downtown, Walmart, Kroger. Lots of entertainment & restaurants nearby.
it was directly across from the Hot Springs National Park. There is literally a street to cross and you are in the park. The hotel was located a couple of blocks from the entertainment strip, so it was within walking distance. It is a quaint motel that has been renovated for cleanliness and comfort. It is simplistic and safe.
The only Motel 6 in the US that has a fantastic view, Lake Hamilton is nearby. Feels like staying in a lodge. Quiet and safe location, comfy bed, nice room with balcony. Hot Springs NP is just a short ride away.
Extremely nice check in, had a lovely chat with night manager Mr. Hensley, who was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast is always exceptional and also is the staff that serves it -they are extremely nice. accomadating and efficient-thankyou . The rooms are clean and the front desk service is excellent-also extremely accommodating-thankyou -will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Hot Springs
I loved everything about this hotel. It was nice & clean .The guy at the front desk was great, and he gave good information...I loved the fireplace, my mom stayed outside enjoying the patio. The gym was great too....I will definitely be staying here everytime I'm in hot springs.
If you're going to stay in Hot Springs thus historic landmark is the place to be. The rooms may have been a little smaller than a newer hotel, but the bed was comfortable, the rooms clean and the location is convenient!
Everything is new and clean. Bed is comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are spotless. Great lake view and great location with less than 15-min drive from downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely return if we visit Arkansas again!
There was no breakfast with the room but coffee was supplied. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay.
